Well I’m sure most of you that participated in this years Super Stakes are still recouping, I know we are!!! But even with all those EARLY mornings, LONG days, and LATE nights……. I think all of us had a bit of fun-outside the show pen as well as inside the Will Rogers Coliseum. For instance, High Brow CD sponsored the annual crawfish boil, and let’s just say……there was enough crawfish to feed an entire army!!!
I was sure to keep my eye out for some stylish ladies around the show……Here are a few snapshots.
Easter always falls towards the end of the Super Stakes and a special Easter egg hunt was held for the kiddos of all ages. The Easter bunny even made a visit!
Finals day is always a huge buildup and this years Super Stakes Open and Non-Pro finals surely did not disappoint!! Kristin Galyean and ZR One put down a huge run to mark a 223 and win the Non-Pro division and John Mitchell showing Junie Wood for Slate River Ranch WOWED the stands with a 229!!! An exciting finals was just the way you would want to end the show!!! A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE FINALISTS!!
Well, I’ve really enjoyed bringing everyone some behind the scene fun from the 2014 NCHA Super Stakes! Thought I’d end things with one last Super Stakes “Rapid Fire Randoms” from finals night. My beautiful grandmother Evonne Severinsen of Tolar, TX!!
